TECHNICAL LITRETURE

QUALI-SL is a powerful one-bath scouring & Dyeing agent polyester and blends. It is suitable for both continues and batch process systeme of pretreatments. QUALI-SL is non-hazardous, non-toxic, low foaming agent stable to both mild acids and alkalies. It efficiently removes natural impunities, oils and waxes from the fabric's so as to make them absorbent. It also help in getting uniform treatment to the yearns, fabrics etc. It also improves penetration of dyes to the fabrics so It is helpful for saving time, water & coasting with level dyeing effect.

APPLICATION

Give a HCL wash of Gray Goods at 70 to 80 C for 10 Min. and drain the bath, set for Dyeing as follows:

FOR 100% POLYESTER	FOR POLYESTER / VISCOS OR POLYESTER/ COTTON
QUALI-SL - 3 gm. Per liter or 0.75%	QUALI-SL -3 gm. Per liter or 0.75%
PH-PH is maintained -5 PH with Acid or Oxalic Acid.	Add Procian Dye & run 50 to 60 for 10 Min. add
Temp-Raisetemp up to 130 C	Common salt, Kg. And raise Temp 80 C run 10 Min. and add
Gradually and hold for 30 Min.	Disperse dye and rais Temp up to 130 gradually. Hold 30
Cool & Drain Hot Wash Cold	Min. Cool at 90 C and add soda ash-1½ to 3 kg. In the same
Wash & take out.	bath run 10 Min. and Drain the bath Neutralize and Dye fix & take out.
